I know for certain that my mission in life is to hold the vision of your ideal life and business while you rise to meet it.

Because I believe we all have a tendency to play it safe and small. To hold ourselves back from our true dreams and desires out of fear of getting it wrong, or failing.

And I know for sure that my job is to shift that fear for you. To open your mind to what you’re truly capable of and reconnect you to your true potential.

For more than a decade I’ve coached leaders of 6, 7, and 8 figure startups and organisations all over the world to expand their mindsets, uplevel their leaders and scale their teams.

My coaching techniques are unique. I combine qualifications in Psychology, Business and Coaching alongside training in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, mindset and energetics to unlock the full potential of your team and business.

I have this gift of being able to see people. To really see what’s possible for them - and the blind spots that are holding them back.

That’s always been my way too. I support other people to believe in themselves, and see another future that they never thought possible.

What an absolute joy.

This reality of mine has not always been the case.

I’ve been trapped in fear, self doubt and anxiety. I lacked self belief in my abilities.

Not only have I overcome that through a myriad of learning, tools and support, but I now know how to help others out of that place too. And truly I’ve never felt more confident, fulfilled and lit-up in the deepest ways. 

One of my proudest moments was s speaking on stage to 100s of people about purpose and starting my SPARKED Podcast. Something I had never thought possible for me.

Continuously watching my clients RAPIDLY transform their self belief, teams, relationships, businesses and lives is what keeps my personal spark lit.

Being a professional coach means I work in a variety of ways, partnering with CEOs and leadership teams, running team workshops, speaking on stage and working privately 1:1.
